Hello! This is where you can buy an online gift card.

If you're finding it too hard to pick a present, a WINK gift card is a great solution!

If you would like a gift card to use in our physical shop please email or call us.

This will be sent as a virtual gift card and can be emailed directly to the recipient from the team at Wink, please enter the recipient's email address in the customer information at checkout. Please note, you're unable to add any gift messages to the virtual gift cards.

If you'd rather email the gift voucher to your special someone yourself, please enter your email address in the customer information at checkout. You'll be able to add your own gift message to the email and forward the gift card onto the recipient. If you'd like to print out a copy of the virtual gift card to pop into a greeting card, please also enter your email address in the customer information at checkout.

Please note that this gift card is for WINK SHOE STORE online store only*. Recipients can redeem their voucher at www.ilovewink.co.nz using the code provided. This voucher is has no expiry date. All vouchers are issued in New Zealand dollars.  A gift card is like cash, please be careful not to misplace it!

*Should the recipient wish to use this voucher in our Christchurch store they can email info@ilovewink.co.nz and we can disable this voucher and issue you with an in-store voucher.

Please be aware that sizing conversions are not universal and there can be variations of sizing between brands and styles.  Please also note that half sizes are very rarely available.

OUR STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS:

Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival, however this is not a requirement unless you advise us at the time you place an order with us.  Please ensure you provide physical shipping address where there is someone available to sign for the package between business hours, or ensure you give us clear instructions with delivery details.

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to P O Boxes or Private Bags.  Please note rural delivery can take an extra two working days transit time from the normal time frame.

WINK is not liable for stolen parcels and we strongly recommend that you provide a secure delivery address.

A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch with the tracking number for your order and a description of the goods purchased.

SHIPPING COSTS

New Zealand: Free Shipping on orders over $300.  Flat rate of $10 shipping on orders under $300, rural delivery is $15.  We use NZ POST as our freight company. We aim to send all orders within 24-48 hours, you should receive your items within two to three working days​ after receiving the confirmation of shipping email.  Please remember to allow extra time for Rural Delivery.  Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.  Please note, if the incorrect shipping rate is selected we will contact you to pay the balance, the items will not be sent until the balance is paid.​

Australia: Please email us to arrange.  Approximate freight costs are now over $60 per pair.  We use NZ POST International Couriers.  Please be aware that every country has different customs laws and the items you order may incur other charges whilst in transit.  WINK is not responsible for these charges.  It is you, the customer, whom is responsible for paying any extra duties and taxes. All orders are declared at their full purchase value.
