COVID19 - our couriers commitment to deliveries & responsibilities. 

 

Contact-less deliveries.

From 17 March, all Castle Parcels deliveries will be ‘Contact-less’ and receivers will not be expected to touch courier scanners to ‘sign on glass’
 
There are valid concerns over courier deliveries and pickups that involve some level of human contact e.g. handling of the scanner when signing for a parcel.  We are determined to minimise potential risk to your customers and our team.

For residential deliveries that are ‘signature required’
 

1. Our couriers will knock on the door as usual and step back two metres (or as far back as possible).  

2. They will ask for the recipient’s name (to record proof of delivery) and leave the parcel on the ground in front of the receiver.  The person receiving the parcel will not sign for the delivery directly.   

3. The tracking information on our website will display a clearly typed recipient’s name as well as the signature image reading CV-19 (all entered by the courier).

4. If no one comes to the door and there is no Authority to Leave service in place, the courier will follow the standard process which is to leave a card to call and return the parcel to our depot.

For business deliveries

For business deliveries that are ‘signature required’, our courier will ask for the recipient’s name, the process will be followed ‘as above’ and the parcel/s will be left in a practical location (as instructed by the receiver).

 

OUR STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS:

Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival.  Please ensure you provide physical shipping address where there is someone available to sign for the package between business hours, or ensure you give us clear instructions with delivery details.

Unfortunately our couriers do not deliver to P O Boxes or Private Bags.  Please note rural delivery can take an extra two working days transit time from the normal time frame.

WINK is not liable for stolen parcels and we strongly recommend that you provide a secure delivery address.

A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch with the tracking number for your order and a description of the goods purchased.

SHIPPING COSTS

New Zealand: Flat rate of $10 shipping on orders under $100, Free Shipping on orders over $100.  We use NZ Couriers or Castle Parcels depending on your location.  We aim to send all orders within 24-48 hours, you should receive your items within two to three working days​ after receiving the confirmation of shipping email.  Please remember to allow extra time for Rural Delivery.  Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.

Australia: Please call us to arrange.  Approximate freight costs are $50 per pair.  We use NZ POST International Couriers.  Please be aware that every country has different customs laws and the items you order may incur other charges whilst in transit.  WINK is not responsible for these charges.  It is you, the customer, whom is responsible for paying any extra duties and taxes. All orders are declared at their full purchase value.
