ONLINE RETURNS

What happens if those gorgeous shoes....well they don't fit well when you receive them?  Or the colour / design isn’t what you thought they would be?  Or worse, that they are faulty?

Well, it's really not a problem - unless of course you have purchased a sale item (sorry but absolutely no returns on Sale Items)!  If they are full priced, you have 48 hours to try them on - please indoors only - and if you are not happy you can send them back for an exchange or refund.  Here's how you do it:

HOW TO RETURN & EXCHANGE ON FULL PRICED ITEMS:

    • You must email us within 48 hours and let us know what you are returning and why. 
    • Send them back within 5 working days of receipt in the same condition as they were sent.
    • The item must not have been used, worn or damaged and the original shoe box  / swing tag must be in perfect condition.  There are no returns accepted without the original box or garment tags.
    • Receipt as proof of purchase is in the box.
    • For your protection, please send by Track and Trace method as they are your responsibility until they are delivered to us.
    • Goods which haven’t been returned and received by WINK Shoe Store within 10 working days of you initially receiving them will not be refunded.
    • Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment and WILL EXCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS.

HOW TO RETURN A SALE ITEM:

  • You may return a sale item for an exchange or a store credit.  We will not refund on sale items.
  • If exchanging a sale item you will incur an additional shipping cost.  
  • If returning for a store credit, the credit issued will exclude any shipping costs incurred by either yourself or us at the time of purchase.  For example, you return a pair of sale shoes that cost $229 with free shipping, the credit issued will be $229 less the shipping cost of either $10 (standard delivery) or $15 (rural delivery); or you purchase a pair of sale shoes for $179 + $10 shipping = $189, your credit will be for $179.
  • You must email us within 48 hours and let us know what you are returning and why.

  • Your credit will be applied to your customer account with us and WILL EXCLUDE SHIPPING COSTS.  This credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  • Online credits can only be used online - ie they are not able to be redeemed in our studio store or at any Pop-up events may be hold.

HOW TO RETURN AN OUTLET ITEM:

  • You can't! ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges.

THINGS TO BE AWARE OF:

  • There is no exchange, return or refund on: outlet items, jewellery, shoe care items or gift cards.
  • Faulty goods will be refunded only if - they are deemed unrepairable by us or the supplier and a replacement pair is unavailable, please note that the refund will also be less 5% to cover merchant fees.  Note a faulty item cannot be returned after 6 months of the item being purchased.  Most faults become apparent with a few wears.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. For example, Afterpay payments will be refunded via Afterpay, credit card payments will be refunded to your credit card. If you paid by online bank deposit please supply a bank account number for depositing your refund.
  • Return freight is at your cost; on receipt we will refund the purchase price or send an exchange pair if we can - please note any refund will exclude shipping costs incurred from the original purchase.
  • If you are exchanging an item, there may be another shipping charge to send the item to you.  This will be invoiced to you and the item will not be sent until we receive payment.
  • Purchases made via Afterpay will only be refunded via the original payment method, i.e. Refunds using these payment methods will not be processed by Wink Shoe Store.
  • We are sorry but we don't offer discounts retrospectively, much like a supermarket the pricing / discounting applies to that day.  We sell a lot of items and can't always take into consideration what has sold in the lead up to any discounting promotions we do.
  • We do not price match with other stores
  • Every now and then there may be pricing differences between our in-store and online stock - note we do not refund any difference is that occurs.
  • Please also note that general wear & tear or damage that occurs when you wear footwear / clothing is not considered to be a fault.  This includes scuffing, damage to the finish of heels, staining / marks on leather to name a few.  We liken footwear to car tyres! Wear and tear is normal! As is pilling on knitwear.
