Here's a chart below to help figure out your shoe size.  

Please be aware that sizing conversions are not universal and there can be variations of sizing between brands and styles.  Please also note that half sizes are very rarely available.  Fit is a personal thing - some people prefer a firm fitting shoe and some prefer a roomier fit. Here's our footwear sizing guide:

Women's Shoe Sizes

The size and fit of shoes often varies between brands and styles so working out your shoe size will help you order the right size and will help us guide you if you need advice! We put a fit note on all footwear styles - Lenore has a standard foot in terms of width and finds she fits most shoes in her normal size.  However, it is important to always look for the FIT NOTE - if Lenore finds the fit different form her normal then she adds a description. Super handy!

A useful thing to do is help figure out the correct size is to measure your foot length.

Place a piece of paper (or a ruler / tape measure) that's longer than your foot on the floor with the edge against a wall. Put your bare foot on the paper / measuring device with your heel against the wall. Use a pen to mark the paper where your longest toe ends. Measure this length with a ruler. Measure your other foot the same way - it's normal for one foot to be slightly longer than the other. Compare your longer foot measurement with the size grid above to find out your typical shoe size.

OUR STANDARD DELIVERY TERMS:

Deliveries may require a signature upon arrival, however this is not a requirement unless you advise us at the time you place an order with us.  Please ensure you provide physical shipping address where there is someone available to sign for the package between business hours, or ensure you give us clear instructions with delivery details.

Please note rural delivery can take an extra two working days transit time from the normal time frame.  North Island deliveries can take much longer!

WINK is not liable for stolen parcels and we strongly recommend that you provide a secure delivery address.

A confirmation email will be sent upon dispatch with the tracking number for your order and a description of the goods purchased.

SHIPPING COSTS:

New Zealand: Free Shipping on orders over $300.  Flat rate of $10 shipping on orders under $300, rural delivery is $15.  We use NZ POST as our freight company. We aim to send all orders within 24-48 hours, you should receive your items within two to three working days after receiving the confirmation of shipping email.  Please remember to allow extra time for Rural Delivery.  Deliveries will not be made on weekends or public holidays.  Please note, if the incorrect shipping rate is selected we will contact you to pay the balance, the items will not be sent until the balance is paid.
